Deborah R. Wolf was a Metropolitan Police Officer in the District of Columbia. She is the author of Center of Mass: A Lady Cop's Career On DC's Violent Streets. According to the book description it is "the story of one of the few female Police Officers assigned to patrol Washington DC's toughest streets in the 1970's and 80's."
