Edward Brown is a police officer for the Mercer University Police Department (Georgia).  He began his law enforcement career with the Atlanta Police Department.  He “is also lead instructor for Core Edge Image & Charisma Institute, Inc., which instructs the Legal and Professional Community on how to profit and lead their industry by developing charisma. Edward Brown served as a board member for the Atlanta Business League, past president of the City of Atlanta Toastmasters, Club 3411 and current chairman of the Society for Charismatic Studies. About the Mercer University Police Department

According to the Mercer University Police Department, it “serves all the Macon and Atlanta Campuses of Mercer University. Mercer Police is divided into two departments, the Administrative staff works out of the Macon office with 22 members and the Atlanta campus has 11 members.
