Officer Guida has conducted and participated in thousands of stops and is
ready to help you learn from his experiences so that you can advance your own
knowledge and career.
Throughout his experience as a Police Officer and Field Training Officer,
Officer Guida realized that many academy graduates were entering the police
career under prepared. While the academy does a great job building a
foundational level, most new police officers needed help with the practical
applications of law enforcement. Through his experiences Officer Guida seeks to
help new police officers learn some of the lessons that arent in a textbook.
Lessons like reading behavioral indicators, deciphering deceptive behavior,
engaging in foot pursuits, improving your performance in the courtroom, and many
others. Lessons that Officer Guida learned the hard way but nevertheless hopes
to pass onto new police officers.
Lessons that once learned will allow new police officers to accelerate
their learning curve and be better prepared for the environment that they are
about to enter. Jeremys desire to teach new police officers and share his
