Kent Perry retired after serving
28 years with the Portland Police Bureau. As a detective, he investigated more than 100 homicides. His is the author of Quarter
Moon Rising. According to one reader/reviewer, “Quarter Moon Rising is a quick-paced, fun to read book. The characters
are raw, and the story is intricate without being overly complicated. While I'm not, nor have I ever been a police officer,
I am a fan of the genre. This book ranks up at the top of my list, and I look forward to future releases by Perry.”
