chief of police from the Belleville Police Department (New Jersey). He has co-authored
several books with Daniel R. DelBagno, a retired Captain from an unknown law enforcement agency in New Jersey. Among the books they co-authored are The New Age Of Police Supervision And Management: A Behavioral Concept and The New Jersey Title 2C Quizzer: A Question
and Answer Study Guide of the New Jersey Code of Criminal Justice. They
are also co-editors of the LearningExpress Police
Sergeant Exam.
