Officer Down Memorial Flag
"Officer Down in the line of duty." These are words that no one in the police and law enforcement community ever wants to hear. But we must not forget our fallen heroes who have given their lives for our country, our states and our cities. This Officer Down flag is dedicated to each and every police and law enforcement officer who has lost their life in the line of duty, and it should be flown proudly to commemorate their sacrifices.

NYPD Angels 1849-present
Between 1849 and today there have been 757 members of the NYPD killed in the line of duty. This website is dedicated them - the 613 Patrolmen/Police Officers, 82 Detectives, 43 Sergeants, 10 Lieutenants, 2 Captain,1 Inspector, 5 Auxilary Officers and 1 School Crossing Guard that gave their lives for us. They gave unselfishly and now walk through Heaven's streets where they continue to serve and protect us. May their memories live on forever.
