About the Westbrook Police Department

The Westbrook Police Department is a full-service law enforcement agency organized into four divisions: Patrol; Criminal Investigations; Communications; and, Administration.  According to the Westbrook Police Department, “The patrol division is our front line service provider.  This group of unformed officers responds to the emergency and non-emergency needs of people living, working or visiting in the City of Westbrook with great pride and professionalism.”  The Westbrook Police Department further states that the Criminal Investigation Division “serves the investigative needs of the City and is often the link between the patrol division, citizen victims and the court system as we investigate and prosecute some of the most serious crimes committed in the City of Westbrook.”

Selected books written by law enforcement officials of the Westbrook Police Department.
